Strawberry Honey Milkshake

When strawberries are in season, they make a superb addition to breakfast in a variety of ways. Whip up a strawberry milkshake and add curds and honey for sweetness and body.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes.
Cooking Time:Nil.
Makes 4 small glasses.

1 cup chilled and mashed strawberries
2 tsp honey
1 cup chilled fresh curds (dahi)
¼ cup chilled milk
4 tsp powdered sugar

1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
2. Pour equal quantities of the milkshake into 4 individual glasses.
Serve immediately.
